Draught at the brewery in San Carlos. Pours hazy garnet. A bit like a nice red tea. Minimal ivory head that retains throughout along the collar with very small bubbles. Restrained aroma of chestnut and biscuit. Flavor is moderately rich and bready. Slight crystal malts. Faint fruitiness at the end with the oranges showing more than the cherries.

Really beautiful aroma. Flavor is tropical and citrus with solid yeast support. Moderate mouthfeel. Alcohol well hidden. This version clocked in at 10.0%.
