Bottle shared. Clear light pink with enormous very fizzy short lasting head. Soft raspberries, funk, dry apple, blueberries, mineral CO2, soft alcohol, oak, wet earth. Light sweet and sour. Over medium bodied, medium dry, light alcoholic finish. Not bad.

Bottle shared. Dry apple, light funk, dry rhubarb, light sweet juice, chalk, quite mineral. Light sweet, a bit more sour and bitter. Over light bodied, medium dry. Not bad, but it's not as good as a classic French cider.
