Swing-top bottle. Sweet apple peel malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow color with moderate head and effervescence. Sweet malt initially but quickly overwhelmed by bitter vegetal/quinine flavor. Medium body. Not so great.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top.Murky medium grey orange yellow color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate yeasty, yeast, butter notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, rubber, fruity, yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20101016]

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, grain, toasted, keller, mold - fusty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is to oily, carbonation is soft. [20101016]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Yeast dominates the aroma, a little banana too. Medium body, yeast, fruit and vitamins. Dryish finish. 161010

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Unpleasant fusty aroma. Medium body, sweet malt, mold and bonbons. Dry finish. BB date Dec. 2010, but clearly old and bad. 161010

Aroma is moderate malty, graon, toasted, sour malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100219]

Cloudy golden with floaties and a white head. grainy aroma with lacto and yeasty notes. Sourish flavour with lacto, yeast and rotten vegs. Finished sourish.

Bottle, 4.8%. OK malt aroma, a little naturtrüb flavour. Golden colour, small stable white head. Small bits floating around at the bottom. The flavour is a bit sour. Tastes a little off. Fruity sourness, but not so good.

Bottled. A golden beer with protein sediment under a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet and sour with notes of straw, malt, and some lacto acid, leading to a dry citric finish.
