33cl swing top bottle from a trade with kevnic2008, thanks! As Hieronymus Frühlingsbier. Pours slightly hazy golden colour with a mid-sized to small white head. Aroma of mild metallic hops, straw. Taste of mild bitter grassy hops, flowers, pale malt, a bit dry. Nothing special.

Buegelveršlusflaše (Diky, pane vedoucí!):Deep golden, any head barely detectable, hazy; sweetish grainy-bready nose, presumably some flowery (!) hops detectable;moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, flat carbonation; increasing dryness and bitterness towards the nevertheless sweetish-bready finish. Oops, this a beer the world was waiting for...

Thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, malty, a bit moldy-grasy. More and more spicy. Notes of some herbs. Light sourish background. Well balanced finish. Grasy-spicy-hoppy finish. Nice.

Bottle( Dank am Bodensee!): Amber coloured, a bit unclear, stable small off-white head; sweetish roasty-nutty nose, quite a low bitterness in the background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, quite light bodied for a beer of 6.3%; soft bitter-malty finish with a delicate subdued sweetness. Surely not bad, still not completely convincing…
