Bottle from Bacco wines. Appearance - opaque black with a nice sheen. Nice fawn head. Nose - molasses and dark chocolate. Prunes in armagnac. Taste - chocolate and nuts. Booze again. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly balanced finish. Overall - nice stout.

Bottle Appellation Wines, Comely Bankers Draught tasting. Pours dark brown with a thick beige head, big bubbly head. Aromas of woody solvents, tar, liquorice. Taste is dark chocolate, char, molasses, loam. Prunes. Thin finish.

Bottle from Bacco wines. Appearance - dark amber with a nice head. Nose - hobnob and a light hint of acetone. Taste - more of the same. Some orange fruit. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a finish that could be fresher. Overall - some yeast issues.

Bottle Appellation Wines, Comely Bankers Draught tasting. Light gusher. Pours hazy amber with a thick off-white head. Aromas are solventy, dungy, faint citrus rotten peel. Taste is woody, yeasty, more citrus. Dry finish. Hard work.

Bottle from Bacco wines. Appearance - Hazy golden yellow with a decent head. Nose - lemon yeast. Hint of banana. Taste - sharp and lemony. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - in betweena wit and a hefeweizen in my opinion.
