Very crisp and floral, with a modest amount of citric hops and a spicy finish. Lingering bitterness is nice.

Pretty dang nice amber lager, with notes of caramel, biscuit, apple, and a toasty floral bitterness on the back end. Nice pint.

Solid pint, with notes of caramel, roasted nuts, apple, and a touch of clove, with vanilla and a floral grassiness chilling in the background. Nice pint.

Lots of toasted bread with a touch of nuttiness and apple, finished off with a floral bitterness a little too pronounced for the style. Not bad.

Ya know, for a lime lager it’s actually pretty good. Lime is citric and present without being assertive, and the light lager underneath has a gentle grain sweetness that doesn’t grow cloy as it warms. Way better than expected.

Absolute killer of a pale ale, loads of rich caramel malt and earth and grain mixed with orange candy, pine, and a hint of tropical fruit. Finds the sweet 65/35 malt-to-hop ratio of a classic APA. Awesome pint.

The menu said “barrel-aged tripel”, but I wasn’t quite prepared for the complexity in the creation of this pint; bourbon-barrel tripel this ain’t. Comes across almost as a wild beer due to the underlying vinous/funk notes, and the peach and berries add an unexpected tart acidity. Not bad, but the “barrel-aged tripel” needs a HUGE asterisk.

Cocoa, caramel, and a hint of red apple on the front end, then unsweetened cocoa and a floral bitterness on the finish. Seems kind of dark for the style, but not bad.

Pretty good IPA, more west than northeast, with a piney base housing citrus pith, caramel, subtle tropical notes, and a lingering bitterness.

Very nice American red, with notes of toasted bread, caramel, and a smidge of pine, followed by a modest but balancing bitterness.
