Just a friggin’ great beer. I so dearly wish this style would get more play in the US. Nice reprieve from overhopped juice bombs. Loads of caramel and toasted bread, with a mild floral bitterness tinged with hints of citrus. Balanced and absolutely delicious.

Solid pils, grainy and floral, with notes of cracker and lemon and white bread, finished off by a firm bitterness and lingering yeast. Pretty darn nice for the summer.

Juicy, mellow, and way too easy to drink. Pineapple, mango, mandarin, and peach lead to a gentle pine-mineral bitterness and a mild hint of booze on the finish. Very nice NEIPA.

Damn tasty stout. Not sure if it actually has coffee in it--the label says coffee stout but who knows these days--but a fine beer regardless. Moderate notes of dark chocolate, roast, and cascara, with a roasted java middle and a mild nutty undertone. Finishes with a hint of mocha sweetness and a lingering but manageable dark roast bitter streak. Delicious.

Unexpectedly dry, a restrained mix of toasted bread, biscuit, and caramel underlined by a little yeast and lemon. Floral-mineral bitterness comes on strong in the fade, a little too aggressive for the style. Finishes with a bit of peppery spice and lingering floral notes.

Juicy, tropical NEIPA, with loads of mango, pineapple, grapefruit, and mandarin notes. The sweetness makes me wonder if there's actual fruit in here, but it works; finishes with a bit of chive and a grainy undertone. Pretty good pint.

Not a fan of this trend; but, looking at the beer for what it is, it's a good hemp-laden pale ale, dank and herbal, with a moderate citrus note underneath and a nice sweet cereal malt backbone. Still--a good dank IPA/pale ale is not the same as a beer with a bunch of hemp dumped in it.

Straightforward, basic gose, full of sour citrus notes offset by a mild grainy sweetness and a briny finish. Not very complex, but refreshing.

Tasty, if a bit rough around the edges. Loads of grapefruit, lemondrops, and orange zest, backed up by mild resin-pine notes and a hint of earthiness. Moderate caramel sweetness pops up as it warms, and the finish grows a tad yeasty, if not overly bitter. Not bad.

Classic DIS, full of deep, smoky roasted malt notes, backed by strong coffee, red fruit, and cocoa. Finishes with a lingering roast-filled bitterness and a lovely dry fade. Delicious.
