Black with a large foamy brown head that left excellent lacing. Roasty with coffee, red wine, berry jam and a bit of coffee at the end. Long finish. Moderately full bodied

Straw pale. Yellow pale beer with typical pilz attitude. Goes over nicely and easily. This pounder can is quite satisfying. Decent co2 and hardly any purposefully. Yes, some old country sharp bitter bite but overall Its not bad if you are seasoning a clean pale beer.

Big 3$ pounder can from chalet. It pours slightly darker than pale, with a shade of orange, but clear. Somewhat mild industrial olfactory. Taste is medium aged english ale, not much co2. Seems to be a little more potent than 5 and a half. Bitter, with a pinch of old pale western old english pale smooth brew. Did I say old? Just asking. A little slippery with maybe a nip of fruitiness. Not bad but was expecting something different. Drinkable pale ale that embodies all that I love about Wales? Not sure. Is it easy going, approachable and practically impossible to resist? Perhaps not. However, its not bad overall. It retains the gentlemanlike civil qualities of old england and is much better than yer typical IPA or strong ass stout.

Can from vintage. I have a jtown called eanette near me and I guess its not that town. Pale yellow with a big creamy head. Smell is wafting beer, like a good lager. Taste is fairly bitter, surprized this is a cream ale, its probably not in MHO. Big and bold, more like a premium lager if you ask me but its supposed to be an ale, not sure about dat. Even gets a little difficult at times near then end with its medicianl attitude. Go figger. Not impressed.

Hey, this is a pretty good pale lager. I like pale lager and this is not an insult, thank you. Clear pale. Nose is fresh and bready. Taste is bubbly fun with a tad of that vienna style in there. Yes, interesting but yet never offensive. Comes across as a rather civilized lager, much better than a typical ale; ales could never be this well behaved. Very good overall beer drinken experience.
