Draft/Fest. A- Weak, grains. A- Pale yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Corn. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- This beer literally smells and tastes like nothing. Good for the average Nebraska, bad for someone who wants a decent beer. At least it's balanced. Not always easy with a lager like this.

Draft. A- Peppermint, mild cocoa. A- Dark mahogany color, dark liquid, tan head. T- Peppermint, mild basil, mild vanilla, mild cocoa. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Definitely a peppermint stout. The peppermint takes over all other flavors but that's okay. Some sweetness involved but not overwhelming. Solid beer but maybe brew in December instead of March. Nice seasonal.

Draft. A- Cocoa. A- Brown color, dark liquid, brown head. T- Vanilla, chocolate, faint brownie batter, slightly roasty. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Quite flavorful for no adjuncts. A solid imperial porter that honestly I think would turn out very lovely if you threw it into a barrel.

Draft. A- Malty, mild dark fruit. A- Dark copper color, clear liquid, tan head. T- Raisins, malty, caramel, fruity, gummy. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish. O- Not bad but pretty weak nose. The flavor is on the right path but a little unbalanced, particularly on the finish. Okay.

Draft. A- Light, slightly fruity. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Fair pear, mild grains, slightly sweet. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Not sure this would fly in Cologne but it's not too bad. A faint pear and apple flavor with a very light sweetness. Not super crisp but refreshing. Well balanced.

Draft. A- Tangerines, lemon verbana, tropical, juicy. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Bitter, juicy, pomelo, tropical citrus. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly bitter finish. O- A very nice nose. Loads of tropical fruits such as papaya, guava, mango, but tangerine definitely stood out the most. Taste almost resembles the nose but takes a much more muted approach. If the taste matched the aroma this would be pretty stellar. A bit bitter on the finish for a hazy and honestly not even hazy but decent.

Draft. A- Rubber, malty, raisins, figs, boozy, slightly unbalanced. A- Dark copper, clear liquid, off white head. T- Booze, bread dough, raisins, figs, mild nutmeg, playdoh. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly sweet finish. O- This felt like they had a great big beer of a wagon and all was going as planned traveling down the road and then the horse got spooked and took control. The basis of the beer is there but at some point, the booze really takes control and creates an unbalanced situation. There is potential for this to be very good, but the flavor profiles aren't currently there.

Draft. A- Baby powder, mild bubblegum, subtle spice. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Bubble gum, clove, banana, Belgian yeast, mild sweetness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Didn't get a lot of earthy notes or saison spice. In fact, I would say this felt more like a Tripel. Overall, pretty decent thought. I wish the nose was more pronounced.

Draft. A- Soapy, tang powder, oranges, mild green onion. A- Light gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Sour, tang powder. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, tart finish. O- They called this a sour IPA. It was indeed very sour. More sour than IPA if I were doing a blind tasting. Not bad but just needs some fine tuning.
