Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grainy, yeasty and light spicy. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish, with a little warming alcohol. 161111

(Bottle, 0.75 l, at One Pint Pub, 20111111) A gusher. The beer poured with muddy water colour. Its head was large and white. Aroma had malts, dates and spices. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, dates, dried plum, fig, caramell and low bitterness. Aftertaste had dates, sweetness and low bitterness. A good Christmas beer with flavours resembling a Finnish Christmas pudding.

Smallish white head. Pale coppery body. Fruity resiny aroma dominated by plasticy medical notes. Dryish herbal yeast taste with floral honey notes. Mid-to-thin body. Dryish mealy floral herbal aftertaste. Nice and drinkable. (0.33l bottle shared by gr0ve.)

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, light hoppy, light to moderate yeasty, spicy, mazipan mase notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Cloudy orange with a tiny white head. Aroma had overripe fruits, toasted malt and oxydized notes. Flavour was somewhat oxydized with overripe fruits and toasted malt. Finished sweet.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruits and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and a bit of caramel - as well as stinky sausages from MiP and more :-(

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of MiP. Comes as: "Cap dOna Rossa". Pours a cloudy and opaque golden with tiny floating impurities and a small rough white head. Aroma of fruit and yeast. Medium body, a little sweet fruit with a vague underlying tartness and a whiff of yeast. No real bitterness. 141109
