Bottle 330ml.Clear light medium amber color with tiny body particles, a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sugar, vintage notes, nutty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Cloudy orange with a tiny white head. Aroma had overripe fruits, toasted malt and oxydized notes. Flavour was somewhat oxydized with overripe fruits and toasted malt. Finished sweet.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruits and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and a bit of caramel - as well as stinky sausages from MiP and more :-(

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of MiP. Comes as: "Cap dOna Rossa". Pours a cloudy and opaque golden with tiny floating impurities and a small rough white head. Aroma of fruit and yeast. Medium body, a little sweet fruit with a vague underlying tartness and a whiff of yeast. No real bitterness. 141109

Bottle, 5.5% as Rossa. Very slow gusher. Sourish aroma. Hazy yellow colour, some small floaties. Very small white head. The flavour is watery, does not have much flavour.

33 cL bottle as Rossa. Pours hazy orange with a fully gone head. Aroma is caramelish and slight phenolic. Sweet malty, dry phenlic following. Spiced and slight wheaty flavoured into a dry finish.

Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is cloyingly sweet with notes of caramel, fruit, malt, and light notes of nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes of over ripe fruits, caramel, malt, and some moldy hops, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle, 6.5% as Torrada. Slow gusher. Dried fruit aroma. Amber colour, small floaties. Small tan head. The flavour is sweet, dried fruit, has a little yeast. Apart from the yeast, this is a good beer.

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is phenolic and light roasted malty. Sweet breadish malty, light liqourice to toffee toasted. Sweet and caramelish flavoured finish.
