Bottled. Hazy chocolate brown, brief lively head. Distcinct herbal nose with salvia and lavender. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Caramelly with levnder and hay. Low bitterness.

Big bottle threeway at Mrk’s. Golden with white head. Sweet malts, sugar, light spices, coriander, little lemon peel, dusty/cardboard/muted. Over medium sweet, very watery, little leathery, stale. Fizzy carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to Mark. Clear golden with short lasting white head. Sweet grains, whole wheat bread, light spices, sugary, cardboard, light dough, herbs. Almost medium sweet and very light bitter. Medium bodied with a bit creamy feel.

Flaske 330ml. Gave fra Cristina & Pau. Litt hissig. Mørk gyldenbrun. Lavt skum som raskt blir borte. Søt karamellaroma. Smaken malt med en litt skarp røstet undertone. Litt i søtligste laget - men passet utmerket til spansk skinke!

(as cap d’ona brune au seigle de cerdagne) set of 3 bottles at a street market in girona. pours a hazy dark chestnut with a medium off-white head and some lacing. aroma of rye bread, sour dough, coriander seeds. flavour of toasted malts/malta; sweetish in the beginning, slightly sour, mostly dry finish.
