Draft. A- Mild chilies, chocolate, slightly roasty. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Mild chilies, chocolate, roasty, subtle vanilla. P- Medium body, thin texture, slightly flat carbonation, weak finish. O- The faintest of chili heat but some, otherwise just a lot of dry cocoa powder and a bit watery. This is averaging a 4.4 on Untappd which is hilarious.

Draft. A- Cocoa, subtle roast. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Light cocoa, subtle roast, faint bitterness. P- Medium body, thin texture, average carbonation, weak finish. O- This was a pretty low key brew. Not very robust and mild notes of bakers cocoa but at least it was smooth. Really okay.

Draft. A- Mild stone fruit, wheat. A- Golden copper color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Mild apricot, gummy, wheat, hay, subtle sweetness. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Truly not bad. Not a wow factor but the apricot is there although a bit more pronounced would be refreshing. One of those beers you can definitely enjoy but not going to be memorable. I wish they would take a risk with this one and experiment a bit more to really help it reach a new level.

Draft. A- Allspice, nutmeg, clove, grains. A- Copperish color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, bready. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- This was baking spice galore. Really, not bad since the beer is a chai beer, it works, but any other beer and this spice level would be overkill. I liked it in a small pour but not sure if I could do a ton of it. Decent enough.

Draft. A- Grains, corn. A- Pale yellow color, clear liquid, minimal white head. T- Grains, faint citrus, corn. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. O- In the railroad town of North Platte, this is probably a best seller. Really just another lager that tastes like a macro. Why pay $6 a pint when you can get a Bud that tastes the same for 50 cents. I got a faint hint of lime, but perhaps that was just me wishing I had one to give it some taste. Inoffensive.

Draft. A- Straw, slightly grassy, grains. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Bland, grains, hay. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Quite frankly, this was really boring. Not much here that is worth remembering.

Draft. A- Orange peel, citrus, pine, subtle malt. A- Copper orange color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Grapefruit, orange pith, bitter, pine. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- A bit of a classic IPA. That was refreshing but really nothing exciting. Not offensive, but this is what craft beer was 20 years ago.

Draft. A- Caramel, toasty, mild cocoa. A- Mahogany color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Caramel, chocolate, mild chicory. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- One of the better brews from Peg Legs. Straightforward, no frills but fairly well done.
