Ruby color with medium white head. Aroma: Raspberry syrup, cane sugar, just a soft touch of lacto sour notes. Taste: Raspberry puree, sour and sweet notes nicely balanced, watery yet rounded. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, almost no bitterness. Easily drinkable, much enjoyed, I love padre's sours very much.

Hazy amber color with high white head - good retention. Aroma: caramel, herbal notes, minty. Taste: caramel, light herbal notes, light mint and coconut. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Good and drinkable, somewhere in the middle between between US and UK take on IPA.

Unclear pale red pour with a fine head. Also a pleasant intensity in the aroma. A tad rich carbonation level gave it a bit fizzy mouth feeling. A bit dry and a fine acidity. Raspberry, some yeast, mild citric and mild lactic flavor. [Bottle from Cuso]
