Bottle. A hazy, cloudy orange-golden beer with a two-finger off-white head. Banana, some porridge, hints of cloves and citrus and some piney hops on the nose. Dry, full-bodied and effervescent mouthfeel with some warmth, Fruity sweetness, cloves and bitterness flavor, with some bubblegum and citrus notes. Grainy, banana finish with a nice bitterness and some alcohol. A quite decent weissbier, but it feels like something is missing when drinking it. 090902

Bottle. A clear, dark amber to copper beer topped by a diminishing finger-thick beige head. Caramel, some roasted malts, dried fruit notes, prunes mostly, and touches of hops on the nose. The flavor is caramel and roasted malts, with dried fruit blending in nicely, leading to a finish with a fine bitterness. Medium body, dryish. A nice schwarzbier that I wouldn’t mind having more of. 090902
