Small, dense white head, stable over very lively carbonated pale golden beer; shards of lace. Bit diary, skimmed milk and green herbs, greenmalt. Rather perfumey nose. Rather bitter with a perfumey flavour, almondy, amandine. Light body for 6.5%; quite slick, creamy MF from the head. Amusing, if generally not more than average.

Draught Slowly receding cream-coloured head, lacey, over black beer. Liquorice, sweet drop/jap , brown candi sugar, spices (cinnamon? ginger?). Sweet, liquorice, sweet malts but also some sweet adjunct; cola, cola herbs. Sticky, slick, medium to well carbonated, medium body. Unidimensional, missing every compexity. And I don't like cola.
