Sample at Daily Growler Powell. Brown-black pour with a thin beige head that recedes quickly to a dense film. Sparse small patches of lace. Aroma of malt, chocolate and coffee. Light to medium body with a roasty malt and coffee character, with bittersweet chocolate in the background. The finish is roast malt and chocolate. Pretty good overall.

This beer pours a clear orange-gold color with a thick and frothy white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Partial rings of lace. Grassy hops, citrus and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with a mild grassy and floral hop character, and notes of fruit and pale malts. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Can. A- Overripe mango, peach, vomit. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Mango, peach, mild tartness. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly unbalanced finish. O- The mango and peach is definitely natural in here and stands out, but the mango comes across as very overripe giving off a vomit like smell. Really unsettling. Not really sour. Fix the nose and this could be pretty solid.
