0.33l bottle many thanks to Lore. Black body with a light brown head. Aroma of vanilla, chocolate, sugar syrup, whiskey and some leather. Taste of roasted malts, peated malts, whiskey, chocolate and a bit of forest fruits. More like a porter than a stout for me. OK beer.

Appearance: Very dark brown, near black. Small, dark tan head. Aroma: Dark malt, roasted. Lots of peat. Taste: Dark malt, roasted. Quite a bit of peat, a bit too much. Decent, though. Bought: Drinks of the World (Basel), 330 ml, CHF 8.00 Info: 6/12-2024, BB: 1/2-2027

almost black colour, half cm of creamy brownish beige head; aroma of intensive peat, ash, over-roasted coffee and maybe some anise; taste is basically the same with earthy-like notes; a bit one-dimensional with this very intensive peaty-burnt-like ash notes which is not really balanced by an expected imperial stout body; I am not amazed
