On tap pours out dark amber almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is chocolate covered cherry sttawberrys notes. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate covered cherries strawberries and some roast.

Interesting, but mostly due to the unique floral-herbal spice notes coming from the peppers. Offers up a decent amount of heat, but the porter itself is thin and unexciting, providing modest chocolate and roasted grain notes without offering balance to the pepper warmth. Okay.

12 oz. can. Pours a clear, but very dark brown color, with a small, fizzy, beige head. The nose is walnut, cocoa, brown sugar, and sweet chili sauce. Sweet and malty, with a building heat. Light to medium body, with a malty, thin palate. This is a mediocre porter, but the chili character is lovely.
