Draft at the Reham Taproom, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a slightly murky medium golden brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is sweet toffee caramel, Belgian yeast. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, yeasty, herbal, light toffee, light alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Ok for Vietnam but not really comparable with the real Chimay!
