Draft at the Reham taproom, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is bubblegum yeast. The flavour is moderate yeasty bitter, with a smooth banana bubblegum, light spicy palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draft at the Reham taproom, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a clear medium amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, toffee malt, light melon apple, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draft at the Reham Taproom, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a slightly murky medium golden brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is sweet toffee caramel, Belgian yeast. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, yeasty, herbal, light toffee, light alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Ok for Vietnam but not really comparable with the real Chimay!

Draft at the Saigon taproom. Poured a mostly clear dark brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is light roasty malt, toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a crisp, roasty, sweet toffee, earthy palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. More like a Belgian Dubbel.
