The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, yeasty, herbal, light toffee, light alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Ok for Vietnam but not really comparable with the real Chimay!

The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a crisp, roasty, sweet toffee, earthy palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. More like a Belgian Dubbel.
