Draft at Rehab Station, HCMC. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is malt and yeast. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a crisp, dry, malt, yeasty, earthy mineral, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draft at Rehab Station, HCMC. Poured a clear light golden amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, herbal, woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, fresh, malt, herbal, earthy, big woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. An old skool West Coast IPA.

Draft at Rehab Station, HCMC. poured a clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is herbal and sweet honey. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, with a slightly light, smooth, sweet honey, light herbal palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. I was a little worried about ordering this as the smallest serving is 300ml and I didn’t want 300ml of sugar. It wasn’t so sweet tho and it was nicely balanced. Sweet and herbal, but no sugar bomb. The bees would be proud.

Draft at the bar. Poured a hazy golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, malt, mango passionfruit, light yeasty, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not your average lager for sure. A lager indeed but with plenty of added fruits.
