Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of juicy peaches and some oak. Flavour is mostly peaches, with dry oak, wild yeast, and big juicy peaches. Not getting the donut. It's a pleasant juicy peach character. But it's nothing special.

Aroma: great stone fruits, funk, bugs, some light manure. Taste: along the same lines, a bit on the acidity side, more dry, less fruits. Overall: good.

Bottle thanks to JMFP. Pours a cloudy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, yeast, cheese. Slick body, citrus, cheese, wood, light tartness, very good.

Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes peppery, herbal, earthy, stone fruits, grassy, oak, nutty, walnuts finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of walnuts, stone fruits and earthy notes. Very nice one, great balance, smooth, a tad on the lactic side but great balance

Bottle. Pours hazy golden yellow, small off white head, good lacing. Aroma is dusty bugs, hint of lemon, basement, floral notes, stonefruit. Flavor is very light tart, light plus funk, bright citrus and clean funk, if that makes any sense. Light body 5,8,8,5,16

750ml bottle pours out golden topped with a small fizzy white head. Nose is nice spice from the gin barrel spuce tips and some tartness. Taste is more of the nice complex notes spice spruce pine notes barrel lots going on.

Fruity, i’d say red fruits but it seems to be grapes, berries, a bit sharp,i like it though…
