Bottle shared with Iggywh @ Van Moll Brewpub. Opaque pitch black color with a small light brown colored head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is malts, maple sugar. Flavor is malts, huge maple, residual sugars, very sweet, vanilla, some cinnamon in there as well maybe. Not my kind of beer.

Super hazy copper and bronze coloured body with a large, five centimetre tall pure white head that fades pretty quickly without leaving a lace at all. Aroma of grass, light grain, some sugars and a touch of yeast and very little else - fairly mild throughout. Medium-bodied; Sharp malty flavours at first that show oats, wheat, rice and some other alternative malts/specialty grains with a tiny bit of grassy and herbal qualities without any bitterness, surprise surprise, at 0 IBU that I get no bitterness. Aftertaste shows some more of the funky malt notes with the odd grain and some more obtuse yeast and sweetness throughout. Overall, a pretty interesting beer that hits the right mark without any IBUs, and it doesn't show any hop bitterness, but a touch of the grassy and herbal elements, but not sure where they originate from, and some light sweetness, but a bunch of odd grain and malt notes that define this beer. Nice to try, but not recommended at all to anyone, even those who wonder what this is - it seems like a specialty grain beer that isn't an IPA at all. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 05-May-2018 for US$4,27 brought back home to Washington and sampled here at home on 11-June-2018.
