Bottle into a snifter showing moderately hazy, lightly filtered salmon pink with sparse white foam. The nose shows pronounced and lightly tart notes of guava and hints of salt. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Moderately tart with lightly intense flavors of guava with a mid-palate of light malt and salt and barely any finish. Just tart with barely any fruit flavor to support it.

Bottle thanks to Seth. Pours a cloudy black with tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong roast, dark chocolate, smoke, dark fruit. Thick, chewy, roast, smoke, cinnamon, boozy finish, very good.

12oz bottle. Thick unfiltered yellow tan body. Very unique beer, hard to put my finger on quite what is going on. Reminds me of their recent Creamsicle beer quite a lot. There is vanilla, pleasant modern hop tone, strawberry. Unique, modern, well done. Has a little bit of a a sugary sweet vanilla finish. Good.
