Can, at B2 Burgerbar. An unclear dark brown beer topped by a dense finger thick dark beige head. Cocoa, roasted malts, hints of dark chocolate and burnt malts, a faint peppery rye touch and a hint of alcohol and prunes in the aroma. It's full bodied, softly carbonated and with a light sweetness. Some alcohol warmth. The flavor has cocoa, roasted malts, some burnt notes and a hint of dark dried fruit. Some alcohol. Medium length finish. Nice, but a bit plain. 220104

Aroma: dough, liquorice, caramel and molasses. Taste: walnuts, soft cinnamon, candy and raisins. Vinegar. Doughy. Next one please!
