Bottle at winery
Very pale color. Delicate honey aroma, a bit floral. Dry mouthfeel; not much flavor, a bit too yeasty and too much alcohol. Also a bit acidic.
Strange.

Draught at winery
Hazy pink flavor. Delicate floral aroma. Semi-dry, with evident acidity, some acetic acid, very lightly fruity.
Simple.

Sampled at the winery, pours a clear yellow. Aroma is dry, with floral notes, dry honey, and funky qualities. Flavour is quite dry for a mead, with notes of very dry honey, and crackery notes. ABV is concealed, but warming. A dry drinkable mead. Nice one.
