Draft pour at At Large, Everett. Near black, cola pour. Quick fading fizz head. Toast heavy aroma. Coffee beans. Flavor is bold, roasted malts, dark chocolate, bitter coffee, and hints of dark fruits. Full of flavor. Toasty linger. Pretty good, overall.

Draft pour at At Large. Clean golden pour, a lot like most of their current offerings. Slight citrus, grapefruit aroma. Mild. Flavor is cool, refreshing. Soft grains, moderate hop bitterness is last to leave. Crisp session. Pretty flavorful. Good stuff.

Draft pour at At Large, Everett. A clear favorite for my trip out here. A surprisingly clear. And clear golden orange appearance. Little different then others in the style, or so I thought. A bit of a disguise, because this has a mouthfeel that matches the thickest, haziest of IPAs I've had around here. Juicy tropical fruit aroma. Flavor is thick, creamy, melon, citrus. Peaches are what come to mind late in the palate, and it lingers forever. Incredible addition to the style. Incredible Mosaic showcase. Loved this beer.

Draft pour at At Large, Everett. Golden orange shiny pour, thin film, sticky lacing. Big citrus forward aroma. Grapefruit heavy. Thin, juicy citrus fruit, with a moderate bitterness to battle the soft sweetness. Quite impressed with the hops from these guys lately.

Draft pour at At Large, Everett. First visit! Clean, clear, shiny amber pour. Slight spice, caramel malt heavy aroma. Bold, barely sweet caramel malt flavor. A really tasty malt bill here. Seems to have the feel of a normal amber, opposed to an imperial red. Lighter than expected, but no flavor was lacking. A solid imperial red here.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. I found the name of this beer interesting. All I was thinking was, yeah, I know you guys moved to Everett a while back.. then noticed RateBeer still had them listed in Marysville. Someone better get the WA admin off his ass. Did At Large just tell me whats up in the form of a beer name? I sure hope so. Either that or they have never heard of this site, and are just trying to spread the good news. Cheers guys! Hope to visit the brewpub very soon. Solid IPA here. Hazy, golden orange pour. Creamy texture, juicy fruit, but still has a bold grain that shines through. An absolute crusher of a NE could be imperial IPA. Great flavor. Updated the address guys. I'll be by for more of this stuff soon. Very good.

Draft pour at Hop and Hound. Too many styles apply to this season for me to keep up. Dark and dense copper pour with an infinite foam head. Very nutty malt from start to finish. Tries to be sweet. Tries to be bitter. Falls somewhere in between. Nutty caramel lingers forever. A bit dusty on the finish. Flavorful for sure. Warming. Pretty good addition to the style. I'd drink this again.

Draft pour at Hop and Hound. The site of all of my At Large beer experiences. I really need to get up to the brewery soon. I have no excuse. Maybe this weekend? Pours a clean amber orange color. Stinging metallic sweet malt aroma. Flavor is much more appealing, with a light sweet, caramel malt, earthy constant. Very cool on the palate. Rich, but not too much. Got better as it went for me. Alright for a style that I think is just alright as it is.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. A dense muddy copper pour with an active patchy head. Soft aroma of sweet caramel malt. Flavor is a ton of malt as expected, a bit bran like, a little nutty, and a mostly smooth, slightly watery finish. Very unsure of this beer at first, but it grew on me quick the second half of this pint. A ton of malt without being too sweet, which is the biggest positive here for me. Smooth. Drinkable. Pretty good overall.

Draft 10 oz pour at Hop and Hound. Pours really thick. A cloudy orange color with a soap bubble head. Malt heavy aroma with a pine rich hop impression. A full meal of a beer here. A ton of malt going on, thick body, creamy, borderline intense hop bitterness late, nutty grain finish. Too thick and malty for my typical liking. Not bad though. Update: enjoyed at the Everett taproom. Much cleaner appearance than before. Very different than my notes from a year ago. Malt forward for sure. Nutty grain remains. Bitter grassy hops. Much better beer than my first experience. Rating updated.
