16.9 oz. bottle, pours a clear yellow blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast and dry apple skins. Flavour brings out light wild yeast, light-medium sweetness and dry apple skins. Nicely constructed, with a semi-sweet finish. Solid stuff.

Draft 11 oz pour at Cairn. Poured straight from the tank tap, which is awesome. Muddy copper brown pour with a thick coat of fizz head and lace. Aroma is earthy, big malt. Flavor is barely sweet malt up front. A bit of toast character. Soft maple late palate. Hops stand out as well in the linger. I feel like a little more push would turn this into an awesome imperial. It’s been hard for me to find a brown that I love, but this one put in a good word for the rest. Quite tasty beer for sure.
