On tap at Kuricali, pours a cloudy golden yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of the sake yeast, some booze and lemongrass. Flavour is fruity, with light sake yeast, lemongrass and fruity esters. I like the pitching of sake yeast in here. Solid.

Flavour is along the same lines, with light lemongrass, Belgian yeast and lots of fruity esters. Nicely constructed, very clean, just not terribly deep. Meh.

On nitro tap at Kuricali, pours a deep dark brown with a large beige head. Aroma brings out toasted bready notes, very dry overall. Flavour is along the same lines, with roasted barley, light cocoa and toasted bread. Dry and smooth on the palate. Pleasant stuff.

On tap at Kuricali, pours a hazy dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted bready malt, not much else. Flavour is unusual, with a very light body, sake yeast and bready notes. Light and boozy, with that sake character.

Sample at Muracali, pours a cloudy blonde. Aroma brings out tons of cinnamon and light booze. Flavour brings out lots of cinnamon upfront, with medium booze and fairly ample sweetness. Really enjoying the addition of cinnamon. Very nice.

Sample at Muracali, pours a cloudy blonde. Aroma brings out lots of husky rice, booze and light lemon. Flavour is nicely constructed, with rice husks, lychee and booze. Love the use of lemon in here. Nice stuff.

Sample at Muracali, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light habanero, some stone fruits and booze. Flavour is very fruity, with lots of stone fruits, bubblegum and light booze. Very fruity, without much spice. Interesting.

Sample at Muracali, pours a filthy, opaque pink with a bit of a head. Aroma brings out minty, strawberry-like notes. Flavour brings out fresh blood oranges, light mint, booze and light sweetness. Lovely gimmick sake, not exactly authentic.
