16 oz can filled at Dreadnought, Monroe. Unique to find a Scottish Ale in my local. Scotch Ale, sure, but this one was a fun find. Bready malt nose, some rich caramel, touch of spice. Surprisingly sweet malt base. Bready, caramel, hints of a dark fruit. Lingering sweet malt finish. Somewhat strange tasting late palate, but drinks overall nicely.

Draft pour pint at Dreadnought, Monroe. Dark red, near brown pour, thin froth tan head. Big bready malt nose, some metallic. Sturdy grain throughout the flavor, thicker body. Spicy malts, bready. Has a distinct flavor profile of a very common, particular wide spread amber ale in this local. In a blind, I might have assumed it was it. Modeled after a classic? Tastes like a classic. Pretty good overall.

Draft pour pint at Dreadnought. Unique style for this brewery, and unique glassware for the occasion, but I'll take a couple extra ounces, and some robbed aroma in exchange. Clean and shiny golden appearance. Floral nose up front, some spice. Belgian yeast and a touch metallic. Flavor is quite smooth for the style. Just the slightest bite of floral and spicy grains, cool belgian palate, hints of banana and clove. The usual suspects in the line up. Refreshing for its potency. Quite good. Is Belgian style Dreadnoughts bread and butter?

Draft pour pint at Dreadnought, Monroe. A pretty mild haze here, modest appearance for the style, loose foam head. A slightly sweeter taste with lots of melon fruit notes. A mild to medium bitter hop follows and lingers a little more aggressive than it starts. Bright and refreshing. Definitely doesn't scream hazy like others in the area do, and I appreciate it this way. I like a hazy to be somewhere between the substyles, and this one fits nicely there. Overall a good IPA.

Draft pour to a schooner at Dreadnought. Very fruit heavy and very sour brew here. Juicy tangerines with a tart constant, and dense wheat background. Cool finish. Really easy drinking sour after the initial sour kick. Really tasty.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Dreadbought. Had this a few times over the last month or so. Fi ally getting around to rating this menu regular. Juicy golden orange haze. Cream foam head and lacing. Smooth taste, juicy feel. Slight tropical tones over a cream body and biscuit grains. Cool, balanced finish. Has a decent bitterness to combat the juicy sweetness here. Flavorful hazy. Pretty good overall.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Dreadnought. Quite the unique blonde here, as this really has a big malt flavor with a great balance of hops. Straw and cereal grains. Quite a hazy golden pour. Flavorful blonde with a long lasting palate. I complain about how plain and flavorless this style can be at times, but this one is solid. Slight fruity hop note in the linger. Interesting brew for sure. Enjoyed this.

Draft pour pint at Dreadnought. Super crushable porter here. Light, but very flavorful, with toasty malts, soft cocoa, and a bitter background. Dark cola black pour. Cream tan foam head. Bold and flavorful throughout. Barely a vanilla like note on the palate that gets a little buried by the bitter element. Really happy with this porter.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Dreadnought, Monroe. Clean golden orange appearance. Thin foam head. IPA with a little strength noticed upon first sip. Doesn't hide it, but the soft bite is enjoyable. Caramel malts are up front, with some bitter peel hops. Bitterness grows, and finishes sharp. Has a slight metallic. Bready background. Malt forward IPA, and again, is intense for a single classic IPA. Less than smooth, but enjoyed this.

Draft pour pint at Dreadnought, Monroe. Clean and clear shiny golden color. Thin oily fizz head. Crisp forward lager, near absent aroma. Straw amd soft paper grains, nothing off putting, so making this a really easy drinker. Flavor is very light, and almost feels watery on the palate. Subtle grassy notes sneak in. Cool, simple lager.
