On tap at Lost Giants, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out dry apple skins, with little else to speak of. Flavour is quite rustic indeed, with crisp apple acidity. Not a whole lot of depth, just a dry, easy-drinking Cider. Not bad.
