Svart med ett minimalt skum. Väldig låg kolsyrehalt. Doft av choklad, vaniljglass och hasselnötter. Fyllig och rund smak av choklad, saltlakrits och chili. Alkoholen värmer på slutet.

Bottle shared at tasting. Hazy yellow color, white head. Aroma is clearly farmhouse: softly sourish, yeasty and funky a bit. Flavor is sour fruit, fruit peel, a bit sharp due to the fairly high carbonation. Still, quite pleasant.

Fles gedeeld door Benzai en gedronken tijdens proeverijtje. Zeer troebel gelig bier met een volle schuimkraag. Aroma is zuur. Smaak van citroen, limoen. Nasmaak is eveneens zuur.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Cloudy, opaque golden with a tiny, rough, white head. Complex, tart nose with both wild yeat and acetobacter and a fun minty edge. Dry, tart fruit and wood. Dry finish. The favor doesn't quite deliver the complexity sugested in the nose. 060223
