Bottle sampled at Shrugging Doctor, pours a clear blonde, no head. Nose brings out very fermented out honey, and some farmhouse notes. Flavour is quite boozy, with lots of subtle sweetness. It's a very alcoholic mead, with the sweetness mostly fermented out. It's alright, but lacking depth and dynamism.

Bottle sampled at Shrugging Doctor, pours a hazy golden, no head. Nose brings out lots of cinnamon upfront, with gentle apples and a touch of acidity. Flavour is loaded with cinnamon upfront, with plenty of apple acidity, alcohol and gentle honey. Not overly deep but it's very pleasant.
