Brewing a beer can be an expression of such a term ‘Ukiyo’ thus we have chosen this concept as the name of our brewery. We look to develop and refine our beers with the community and adapt to the ever changing landscape of our home.

On tap at The Madhouse, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly light, with a fair amount of yogurty lacto and gentle sourness. Flavour is very yogurty, with moderate tartness. Not fruity at all, just pleasantly tart and yogurty. Decently done, but nothing special.
