Weich getreidiger Beginn mit leicht kräutriger Hefe. Moderate Herbe, wenig hopfig, hohe Süffigkeit. Leicht unterdurchschnittlich karbonisiert, Wenig bitter, mittellanger Abgang. Gut trinkbar. 8/8/8/9/10/8

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, brass colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Earthy, grainy, wheaty malty, slightly grassy and fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of hay and yellow stone fruit, spicy hints of grey bread with a touch of caraway and clove. Taste is dry, grassy hoppy and spicy, bready malty, hints of grass, hay, grey bread with a touch of caraway and clove, cautious fruity hints of yellow stone fruit, a minimally mineral touch as well. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Rather earthy and spicy, not overly refreshing - so-so.
33cl bottle. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of dry pale malt, yeast. Taste of dry pale malt, straw, yellow fruits yeast.

330ml bottle [No. 000278]. Cloudy, dark brown colour with minimally late awakening, small, creamy, fading, beige head. Sweet-ish, floral-fruity and dark malty aroma, notes of petals, vanilla, a touch of hundreds and thousands, some cherry, cherry sherbet, even cherry yoghurt, strawberry, some caramel, rum; after warming up BA-induced peaty on top. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty with BA support, additionally floral-fruity, notes of rum, vanilla, dark caramel, petals, cherry, cherry sherbet, cherry yoghurt, strawberry; very subtle peaty and leathery BA-induced overtones. Creamy-watery texture, smooth, soft and silky, minimally cloying palate, fine and soft to flat carbonation. Quite unique composition with unusual floral-fruity notes, initially very subtle peaty and leathery notes add even more complexity - very, very interesting brew.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, dark golden to amber colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Bready malty, slightly floral-herbal, minimally fruity, yeasty and hoppy aroma, whiffs of floral honey, lime-tree blossom. Taste is sweet-ish, bready malty and floral-herbal, hoppy, diluted hints of floral honey, lime-tree blossom, a touch of mint. Watery texture, soft, minimally insipid palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation. Nice composition, but quite watery and with insipid character - so-so.

Bottle shared at THT August ‘19. Hazy golden orange with an off white head. Aroma of veggies, yeast, herbal notes and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled at THT August. Hazy golden with creamy white head. Apple, rotten yeast, sugary, strawberries, sugary malts, veggies, cardboard, alcohol. Over medium sweet, light bitter. Over medium bodied.
