Bottle sample at IronStone, pours a clear dark red. Nose brings out syrupy blueberry and some honey nectar. Flavour is rich and sweet, with lots of blueberry syrupy and honey nectar. Syrupy but not complex. It's fine.

Bottle sample at IronStone, pours a clear blonde. Aroma smells like an apple pie, with cinnamon, caramel and some honey nectar. Flavour is boozy and spicy, with plenty of cinnamon, booze galore, and sweetness. It burns on the way down but it's decent enough.

Bottle sample at IronStone, pours a clear mahogany. Aroma brings out lots of honey nectar, honeyberries and some light booze. Flavour is berry-ish, boozy and nectary, with a decent balance. Syrupy and boozy, but balanced. Decent.

Bottle sample at IronStone, pours a hazy full golden. Aroma is dominated by the star anise; there's some vanilla that's buried beneath the anise. Flavour is a huge liquorice bomb, with intense anise. Jesus. The bourbon and vanilla is buried. It's alright but far from elegant.

Bottle sample at IronStone, pours a clear hot pink. Aroma is very hot, with lots of hot bourbon, vanilla bean and a touch of berry. Flavour is very hot, with intensely hot bourbon, intense vanilla bean, and honey nectar. Lots of vanilla bean and hot bourbon. It's pleasant but not all that elegant or refined. Decent.
