After two years of brewing several times a week as a hobby brewer owner Ricky Maertzendorff took in 2018 the step to become a commercial brewer. Dog Westie inspired the name of White Dog Brewery. The beers are brewed in bulk at another brewery.

Malm� April 2024 tasting - very sweet dark malty aroma and taste, lots of chocolate, layers of sticky caramel and toffee sweetness, some vanilla coming in, full bodied, sweet malty finish. Decent pasty stout action.
