Description
After two years of brewing several times a week as a hobby brewer owner Ricky Maertzendorff took in 2018 the step to become a commercial brewer. Dog Westie inspired the name of White Dog Brewery. The beers are brewed in bulk at another brewery.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Hazy golden, small head. Mid intensity aroma of pineapple and passionfruit. Mid sweet with above medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Pineapple and seville orange marmelade. Fruity, but solid malt backbone. Mid bitter finish. Quite pleasant modern DIPA. Not super spectacular, but I get the feeling these guys know what they are doing.

Dutch brewery #487.
Hazy old yellow with a white head. Peach and orange/tangarine aroma. Sweet taste with a full medium bitter finish. Great stuff.

Batch 1, CD 13/10. Another very lovely hazy DIPA. Sweet, juicy and soft, and filled with one of my favourite hops. Loads of funky pineapple, soft peach and bright citrus. Slightly bitter at the end. Excellent start of this Christmassy weekend.

Can from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Batch #4. Aroma is citrussy hops with pineapple, soft male malt, some tropical notes. Moderate to medium bitter with a light sweetness. Body is medium. Serviceable IPA, gets the job done.

Can shared thanks to Thijs. Clear golden with white head. Flowery, bready malts, light grain husks, tangerine. Medium sweet and bitter. Crisp medium bodied.

Can. Color: Very hazy orange, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus, orange, sweetish tangerine. Taste: Hoppy, bit grassy and lightly resinous, orange, some tangerine. Moderate to over moderate sweet and bitter. Some more sweetness until the long lasting finish, more bitterness at the finish, going to dry-ish medium bitterness. Just over medium body, average carbonation. Indeed reminding me of bittery Orange Marmalade. Nice one.
