32 oz growler from the brewery. Thanks W! Growler night week 3. Cloudy but bright golden appearance. Very thin head. Tart citrus nose, lemon, lime, orange fruit. Flavor is mostly tart citrus, barely a touch sweet. A bit stronger than I expected from a beer with light in the name, but I totally understand in this case. Loving key lime is a must here, needless to say, and which I do. Very easy drinking and enjoyable sour.

32 oz growler. Thanks, W! Clean and light golden appearance. Crisp front, easy drinking lager. 4%! Love how light a d sessionable this flavorful brew is. Gentle corn, straw and pils grains follow, lingering grassy note. No real bitterness here. Crisp and light. Solid choice for peak summer outdoor brews. Always good to have this as an option at the taprooms.

64 oz growler from the brewery. Thanks, W! Weekly growler night number 2. Dense burnt orange pour. Definitely putting this in the murky IPA substyle. Malt forward, dense with a gentle stone fruit punch. Caramel in the softest form, slightly sweet. Lingering malt dominated palate. Close to session strength with tons of taste to it. Lots to enjoy about this brew.

On tap at Hoquiam, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out medium roasted malt, a touch of PB, and light fruitiness. Flavour is intense, with lots of candied Uncrustables (T), cocoa and some sugars. I guess this is as intended, but it's not a complex or elegant impie. Lame gimmick.

On tap at Hoquiam, pours a deep dark brown with a reddish tinge and a small tan head. Aroma brings out light vanilla, coffee and medium roast. Flavour is rich, with herbal notes, light vanilla, and a touch of coffee. Herbal, vegetal finish, with a rather unpleasant coffee character. It's fine.

On tap at Hoquiam, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy hops, light pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour has a weird earthy and piney hop character, some fungal notes, and biscuity malt. To fungal in the hop expression—just not the greatest hop character. Finishes quite bitter. Meh.

On tap at Hoquiam, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out fresh grass, wheat and straw. Flavour is bright and grassy, with a good grassy hop bite, soft straw, and crisp crackery malt. Bright, hoppy and crisp. This is great.

Draft pour enjoyed at Hoquiam Brewing. Tasted side by side with their Ransom Note IPA. A nice tropical juiciness. Melon and peach like fruit. The wonders of dry hopping with Vic Secret. Nailed it in this brew. Fresh squeezed juice flavor from start to finish. Ultimate refreshment. A solid IPA to have as your regular. Really enjoyed this brew.

Draft pour, enjoyed at Hoquiam Brewing. A clean and clear golden pour. Enjoyed side by side with their flagship IPA, and couldn't be more different. Sharp grapefruit like citrus. Moderate bitterness. A touch juicy, but thin. A good clash of IPA styles in my opinion.. good stuff.

Draft pour, enjoyed at Hoquiam Brewing. A hazy, glowing golden orange pour, rocky foam head and lacing. Melon like aroma with an obvious sweet character. Flavor is a similar melon hop constant. A tad juicy. Flavorful. Refreshing overall. Nice beer here.
