Description
Brouwerij Halve Tamme is een Brabantse tweemans micro-brouwerij gespecialiseerd in het brouwen van ambachtelijk speciaalbier. De twee brouwers, waarvan de vriendschap teruggaat tot de peuterspeelzaal, hebben in de loop der jaren een passie ontwikkeld voor speciaalbier. Begin 2015 is besloten om naast het consumeren van bier het ook te gaan produceren. Met originele recepten en zoveel mogelijk ingrediënten uit eigen regio willen zij in eigen beheer interessante, smaakvolle en uitdagende bieren brouwen.

Very dark brown with thin head. Aroma and flavour have intense roasted coffee. Thick, smooth and oily. Aftertaste has dried fruits and more coffee. Burnt. Bittersweet.

Very dark brown with creamy head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of dark roasted malts and a light smokiness perhaps coming from the bacon. Rich and creamy with a little warming booze in the finish.

Cloudy dark blond with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have some sweet malts and a little orangey zest. A bit flat and dull.

Very dark brown and murky. Aroma and flavour are packed with roasted dark malts. Also lighter elements of of cocoa and coffee. Rich and full bodied.

Bottle; Batch 5. Very dark brown with thin creamy head. Aroma and flavour have an abundance of sweet dried fruits like raisins and dates. Viscous and sticky. No carbonation. Just a little bit of bitterness in the finish. Sweet and rich.

Champagne-like appearance. Aroma and flavour have the typical sour notes. Fairly decent body. Clean finish.

Red brown colour with thick head. Aroma and flavour are dominated by the zoethout. Finish is dry and a little bit bitter.

Light brown with no head. A bit flat. A touch of grass in the aroma. Quite hoppy. Can just taste a touch of peppery yeast.

Dark brown colour. Intense aroma of roasted almost burnt malts and coffee too. Smooth and rich texture. Mixed bitterness of piney hops and roast malt.
