On tap at Santo Remedio, pours a dark amber mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma reveals toasted chestnuts, bready malt and a hint of caramel. Flavour is lightly sweet, with toasted chestnuts, brown sugar, bready malt and a hint of caramel. Tons of toasted chestnuts on the finish, medium sweetness for the style, not particularly complex. It's alright.
