On tap at Distant West, pours a reddish-tinged black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of fresh cold brew coffee, with little else to speak of. Flavour is very dry and flat, with lots of cold brew, mineraly/seltzery notes, and soft toasted malt. The body has the same problems as the American Stout: flat, mineraly, seltzery, without any real depth. Needs improvement.

On tap at Distant West, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brines out gentle dankness, with subdued pot-like hops and seltzery notes. Flavour is oily, with resinous hops, oiliness, and some seltzery notes. Resinous, oily finish. Not the best hop expression or structure, but clean and competent. Decent.
