Bottle shared at Dutch Brewery Ticking Session with Sjogro and ShivanDragon. Clear light amber color, medium sized white to off-white head. Aroma is malts, lightly grainy, a light blossomy / floral hint in the distance. Flavor is malts, lightly grainy, nice pleasant bitterness, lingering firm to heavy bitterness on the back of your tongue, but if you like bitter beers, this is very well done imo, especially in a style like Specialty Grain, where it's quite hard imo to excell. Nice, interesting ber.

Flesje gedeeld door Benzai en Sjogro. Licht amberkleurig bier met matig schuim. Aroma is moutig. Smaak van gist, gedroogd gras en mout en toch kruidig. Nasmaak is bitter.

Dutch Brewery Tasting @ Benzai’s. Clear dark golden with white head. Sweet malts, light caramel, dry grain, sweet straw, hints of spices, dry yeasty. Moderate sweet and quite a strong and lasting bitterness. Medium body and soft carbonation. Supple feel and firm aroma.
