Appearance: amber colour, next to clear, moderate off-white head of average retention. Aroma: biscuit, slightly toasted, strawberry esters, candied citrus fruit, light resin and pine needles. Taste: bittersweet, malty, toasted, hoppy. Citrus, resin. Lingering hoppy ending. Palate: medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: a basic old school IPA. Fair for its value.

Taste: light sweet, medium bitter, otherwise following the aroma. Pleasant ending bitterness. Palate: light to medium body, medium carbonation. Overall: drinkable, minorly off.

Overall: a basic old-school IPA with no off-features.
