Soweit ich die Erklärung verstanden habe, kommt das Bier von einer Öko-Kommune 🏞️, welche alle Zutaten 🌾selbst anbaut. Geschmacklich ist es ein klassisches Bionda, also Helles, das gemütliche Aromen nach Getreide und Weißbrot um einen Kern nach Kümmel und Fenchel liefert. Weniger bitter und hopfig, aber dafür sehr süffig und wunderbar gemütlich zu trinken.

50cl bottle. Pours clear, intense amber, with fine whitish foam. Aroma is earthy, malty, floral. Body is average and fairly carbonated. Taste is medium sweet, but with good balancing, old school bitterness. Final is average.

50cl bottle. Pours orange gold, medium transparency, with fine white foam. Aroma is cereal, floral, a little honey and citrus. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, and with quite a nice bitterness. Final is average.
