Bottle at home, from Aune Valley farm shop, 01/05/18. Almost clear golden with a head of fast collapsing bubbles. Nose is earthy apple, caramel, iced sugar, light funk, barnyard notes, glazed apples. Taste comprises bitter sweet apples, lightly smoked straw, light pork, farmyard, earthy orchard fruits. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Solid farmhouse cider.
