Bottle. Dark brown color. Caramel, a hint of roast and coffee in the aroma. Roasty caramelly sweet flavor with a hint of sourness. Not unpleasant.

Bottle from local PLUS supermarket. Hazy golden color, medium rocky lasting head. Aroma is spicy, some grainy malt, cardemom or licorice root. Not peppery like a saison usually is, but more of a regular Belgian blond. Flavor is similar, spicy, bit dry, some bitterness. Balance is very decent. Its just what we used to call a Belgian blonde, but I guess they needed to be a bit more hipster about it.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy golden with almost white head. Quite ‘grainy’, light grassy, fresh flowers, lime peel, tangerine, Christmas cake, sugared tropical fruits, dry bready touch. CO2, soft dusty and paper. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with slight sparkly carbonation. Decent hoppy stuff.

Bottle at home, bought in recently opened Mitra shop at De Linie in Gorinchem, after a visit to 🏰 Slot Loevestein. Hazy orangey amber with fine white head. This one got heavily beaten by the potato peel stick. 🥔💥🥔💥🥔💥 Sweet malts, massive raspy bitter earthy notes. Something floral and sickly light fruitiness, like “strawberry tea”. Bit plasticcy around the edges. Tastes like I forgot to take the wrapping off. Opens up to be quite more citrus fruity after slightly warming up, some weird melon notes as well. Light caramel. Dirty barn straw with cow and chickenshit, muddy shoesoles and moldy hoppellets. Some home kitchen baking yeast crunchy edge. Moderate sweet and quite bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. All in all very dirty earthy fruity beer that begs to be drainpoured. 🚼☠️
