clear orange-ish dark amber colour, moderate sized creamy ecru head; aroma of dried apricot, toffee, apple, toasted rye bread and some roasted nutty notes; taste of roasted nutty, toasted rye bread crusty, some sweet malty and minimal honey notes; good one - and really local-patriotic (though it's strange that it is brewed by a brewery from Canton de Genève instead of one of the three really local ones from Nyon) :)

clear dark amber to chestnut colour, moderate sized creamy beige-ish ecru head; aroma of roasted nuts and sunflower seeds, toasted rye bread, some raspberry and dried cherry notes; taste is similar to the aroma with some syrupy sweetness; quite good one
