Pours a pale, opaque, yellow color, with a big, frothy, white head. The nose is grapefruit zest, coriander, chalk, bergamot, and straw. Sweet and sugary and earthy, with a mild, sticky bitterness. Medium to heavy body, hard, and crisp. Bold, solid, and aggressive.
