Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Tap at their Beer House. Bright pale golden with a medium head. Big citrus hop nose, light herbs and tropical fruits, clean malts. Flavor is crisp, clean, crackery malt, citrus and tropical fruit hops, and a tiny bit of sake character from the lees. Pretty much in the middle of the other two in terms of sake flavor. The lees seem to have made it a bit more smooth and silky. Marca's brewing skill is evident in this OEM brew.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
Tap at their Beer House. Deep amber-orange color with a medium head. Malty aroma, estery, citrus and stone fruit, apple, grassy hops, quite English. Sake character is absent from the nose. Flavor is sweet, estery malt, light caramel, bread, grassy, spicy hops. Nice bitterness. Easy drinking and likable.
Kyotolefty (14846) reviewed Sake No Hana Saison from Funs Brewing 1 year ago
Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Tap at their Beer House. Haxzy deep golden color with a low head. Nose of sake, spicy Belgian yeast, Sorachi Ace hops, bread. In the flavor the Sorachi Ace comes out even more, with oak, lemon, and cream notes that blend well with the sake lees flavor and the Belgian yeast. This was the most sake-forward of the three beers, and the strongest, and quite enjoyable.
